Adhost worked closely with the Microsoft team to develop a plan to migrate the WinISP platform over to the Adhost network. For those of you who have migrated to us, we are looking forward to working with you and the Microsoft Web Platform over the coming years. The initial server migration was completed on 3/2/2009 at 8am PST.
Adhost will be providing email-based support (winisp-support@adhost.com) directly to you for any issues you may have with the web hosting service. Adhost is now the primary contact for maintaining the servers and services as well as adding or deleting sites and other changes to the accounts. Our team has a proven track-record in this field and we hope you will be pleased with the service we are able to provide.
Adhost will continue to host and support the platforms migrated to Adhost Internet however the following services will not be offered through Adhost:
Windows Share Point Services
Hosted Exchange Email Services
Windows Media Services
Front Page Extensions

Were Microsoft employees contacted about the migration?
If you are based in the US, your web sites, SQL databases and the servers they are hosted on were migrated to Adhost Internet’s Seattle data center over the weekend of February 28-29, 2009.
International customers were contacted by E-mail prior to this event and were required to opt-in to be migrated to Adhost Internet. If you did not opt-in, your site was not transferred and your data and E-mail are not recoverable.
How do I retrieve my old data that was not migrated with the WinISP system to Adhost?
Microsoft Win-ISP staff attempted to move the data for all sites that were known to be in use. We are aware that data was lost or not transferred and all server hard drives have been wiped. All data and E-mail not transferred is unrecoverable.
I see my site, but can not login (or vice-versa).
If you know your login name, database name or domain name, Adhost support can try and identify your data. E-mail winisp-support@adhost.com with any information you may have that will be of help in identifying your account.
