What level of service/package is being given for the free WinISP accounts?
Free accounts continue to support the Windows web hosting stack (.Net, SQL, etc.). Adhost Internet monitors the servers and provides best-efforts to keep the services up and functional. However, there is no uptime guarantee with the service. This is primarily because the WinISP platform will continue to be used by Microsoft as a test platform for rolling out and testing new bits.

What are the current free WinISP hosting offerings?
1) New Site - Sub Domain Hosted
     A member site for each account
     100 MB web storage
     ASP.NET 3.5 or 4.0
   2 SQL databases for each User Account

2) New Site - Top Level Domain (domain name already purchased)
     300 MB web storage
   Up to 3 sub-domains for each domain
   ASP.NET 3.5 or 4.0
   2 SQL databases for each account
   Create unlimited mail redirects within your domain

Does Adhost offer hosting with an uptime guarantee?

For shared hosting, Adhost is offering a free setup (including up to one hour of migration services) and 50% off the monthly price.
For managed dedicated servers (if your site requires more horsepower or a specialized configuration), Adhost is offering a free setup and a $50.00 per month per server discount.
If you’re looking for your own colocation space (quarter, half or full racks) in our Seattle data centers, Adhost is offering a free setup and a 50% discount off the first electrical circuit (20Amp, 120Volt).
You can also add POP/IMAP email accounts for $1 per account per month (1GB storage limit).

Is there a charge for migrating my free WinISP sites to Adhost Internet and hosting them with Adhost Internet and moving them away from the WinISP platform?
No, there is no migration/setup fee to migrate away from the WinISP platform. However monthly hosting charges will be incurred when migrating to a for-pay, SLA-backed non-WinISP Adhost platform.

Will the WinISP platform support .NET, and if so, what version will it support?
Yes, typically all versions of .NET except 1.1 will be supported and installed.

What is Adhost's Support Service Level for WinISP?
Adhost will provide:
    Server Status Page
    Knowledgebase
    Email Based Issue Submission
    Response within 3 business days

How do I access my web logs and how long are they kept on the server?
Web log files can be provided to you on a request basis - simply send us an email with your site name and that you'd like web logs. They will be made available within your ftp directory for you to download. Adhost does not supply log files by default. Logs will be retained on the server for about 6 months and then removed

Does Adhost support Hosted Exchange?
Adhost will not be offering Exchange to WinISP customers after the migration to Adhost Internet. You may wish to forward your domain based email as we will support domain mail forwarding to another of your existing accounts.

If you desire a POP3 email account on mail.adhost.com there is a $1/month charge for each account. This includes IMAP, customized SPAM filtering and a web messaging interface.

Does Adhost support FrontPage?
No, FrontPage is not supported on the IIS7 platform.

Does Adhost support SharePoint?
Currently no, Adhost does not offer support for SharePoint.

Who will run DNS for my domain names?
Adhost will assume DNS management of the domain names currently hosted with WinISP. The current name servers of ns1.winisp.net and ns2.winisp.net will remain in service.

Does Adhost provide a Virtual Private Server (VPS) solution?
