Support - Checking Mail too often
Indicates that your email settings for sending/receiving email are set to check for new messages every minute.
- This setting places too great of strain on our mail server and will slow our mail server down.
- Too short of time between checks can also cause duplicate emails to appear in your INBOX beause your email client tries to check again before the first check is complete.
- If you receive a notification from us that you are checking email to often, please check your email settings such at that you check for new message no less than every 5 minutes.
- If you disregard theses notices, we will disable the account.
