You can transfer a domain from a registrar to Adhost. The benefits of this is you can manage your domain through your Client Login. If you would like to do this simply type in the domain name you wish to transfer in the box that looks like this:

Then follow the simple directions.
ICANN Policy On Domain Transfers
Starting 11/12/04, ICANN (the organization in charge of domain name registries) has a new policy regarding domain name transfers. Essentially if a request is made to transfer a domain from one registrar to another, an email confirmation request is sent to the admin contact of the registry. At that point the request can be denied or approved. If no confirmation is made either way, after 5 days the request is automatically processed. Though this is an attempted improvement (and there are benefits), there are also negatives. Scamming companies could attain business through unapproved transfer and domains could be possibly be stolen.
Adhost highly recommends that you lock your domain. If your domain was purchased through Adhost/Tucows/OpenSRS, what you need to do is to log in to your Adhost Client Login go to "Manage Domain" and then login there. You can then lock the domain(s). If you then do want to transfer a domain, you will need to unlock it first.
