If you already have a login for your account, log in here https://client.adhost.com/ or in the top right-hand corner of our Web site.

If you don’t have a login,the first step is to request a temporary login by sending an e-mail to support@adhost.com. The email you receive should look similar to the screen below. These temporary login credentials are only active for 24 hours. So if it is after the date contained in the email you will need to request a new login.

Please Note that your email address must be added and authorized on the account before we can add you to client login. If there is already an existing user of client login on your account that user can add you. Further information on this is listed below.

Once you click that link, you'll be asked to provide an email address, a password, and a response to one of a few security questions of your choice.

The username must meet certain complexity requirements.

o must be a valid email address
o must start with an uppercase or lowercase character or a digit ("A-Za-z0-9")
o may contain upper or lowercase letters ("A-Za-z"), digits("0-9"), the "@" symbol, hyphens ("-"), the underscore ("_") and periods (".")

The password must also meet certain complexity requirements.

* Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain the following:
          o At least one upper case character("A-Z")
          o At least one lower case character ("a-z")
          o At least one digit ("0-9")

Fill out the form and your new credentials will be saved by clicking the “Add User” button on at the bottom of the page.

Now you can go to the Client Login at https://client.adhost.com where you'll see the following login:

Your domain name is the address to your website in other words, your web site address without the www. The email address and password will be those you previously created for your client login
