Support - Client Login: Create POP/IMAP Account

To add a POP/IMAP account, go to the “Add POP/IMAP Account” menu. You will need to fill out Full Name, Username (which may not be the same as the email address) and Password, which must be at least 6 characters.

Once you click on Add POP Account you will be taken back to a screen where you can see all of the POP/IMAP accounts

If the Username you choose is in use, please see the below message. We recommend using a naming convention that will be easy for you to track your email accounts. If your domain is examplered.com, you could use names such as expred01, expred02, expred03, etc.
