Support - Create POP Account

Create POP Account:

1. log in to https://client.adhost.com
2. Click on Email Manager
3. Under "Email POP Accounts", there is a section called Add POP Account. This is the section you need to fill out to add a pop account
4. Full Name: that is your email address capitalized without the extension. IE if your domain name is yourdomain.com it would be Yourdomain.
5. Username: This is your POP account name. This name must be unique to our mail server. So common names may already be taken.
   The POP account name must be at least 3 characters and begin with a letter from (a-z) although it may contain numbers (0-9) after the first character such as domain1, s0ccer01, or jdoe. No special characters like @ or &.
6. Password: This is the password you want for your email account.
   The password must contain more than 4 characters but less then 9 characters; in other words, no less than 5 and no more than 8 characters. Characters can be any combination of alphanumeric and special characters such as @#!*02 and characters from a-z may be capitalized. Passwords ARE case sensitive so characters like ‘O’ and ‘0’ may look similar however the characters are a capital ‘O’ and a zero respectively.
7. Type the password again.
8. Click Add POP Account
