Support - Colocation

Adhost has staff available to assist you around the clock at our Seattle data centers located in Fisher Plaza. Our customers may come and work on their equipment at any time. It is required that you send an email to support@adhost.com or give us a call to let us know the expected time of your visit, along with your name and company name.

There is a security desk located on the first floor of each Fisher Plaza buildings where you must check in. Security will notify us of your arrival and an Adhost staff member will escort you to your equipment.

Please note that all visitors to the data centers must bring photo ID as we verify visitors for everyone’s security.

If you're an Adhost colocation client, any personnel from your company must be listed under your account in our billing system in order for us to allow them access to your equipment in our data centers. You can add this information using your Client Login at https://client.adhost.com/ or call the Adhost technical support staff at 1-888-234-6781.

If you need to bring a vendor or send a vendor to work on your equipment, the authorized contact for your account will need to call ahead and notify the Adhost technical support staff at 1-888-234-6781.
