Introducing Adhost’s New CTO
Posted in Company NewsWe’re pleased to announce that Nikos Mouat is the new Chief Technical Officer at Adhost. He has over 15 years in Internet engineering, architecture, and operations. Prior to joining Adhost, Nikos was VP of Engineering at Ygnition Networks, where he designed, implemented, and supported all technology infrastructure within the company for over 10 years. Previously, Nikos served as Director of Data Networks at Darwin Networks, Senior Network Engineer at Conjungi Corporation and Chief Technical Officer at Interconnect Associates (IXA).
In addition, Nikos is the founder, board member and president of the Seattle Internet Exchange (SIX), one of the largest Internet Exchange Points in the United States. Nikos also works on the gameday staff for the Seattle Seahawks and worked on the telecommunication implementation for Super Bowls XLV and XLVI. The Eastside Business Journal selected him for their “40 under 40″ awards and he holds a US patent for cryptographic key generation.
We also want to thank Mike Smith for his many contributions to Adhost as our CTO since 2005, and we wish him the best of luck at his new job in southern California.
