On Friday evening, February 18th beginning at 9:00PM PST and lasting until 12:00AM PST 2005, we will be implementing a network change to all Adhost shared Microsoft SQL2000 and SQL7.0 servers. While your SQL services will experience a brief service disruption during this time, we expect the downtime of any one server to be less than fifteen minutes; and it is unlikely that your service outage will extend for the length of the maintenance time frame. Adhost will make every effort to minimize the impact of any downtime. Microsoft SQL Servers affected by this network change are: Once this network change is implemented, Adhost will begin refusing all traffic to our SQL servers from outside of our network with only specific exceptions as arranged through our Webmaster department. You will no longer be able to access any of the Adhost SQL servers using port 1433, unless one or both of the following requirements are satisfied:

Web Site Space Usage and Package Limits Do you know how much space your Web site is using on the Adhost server(s)? You can check this yourself anytime using your Adhost control panel. Go to https://client.adhost.com, fill in your domain name, user name and password. If you haven't already, call our Tech Support team at 206-404-9500 to set up a user name and password for your control panel. Click on the Statistics link on the left side. Click on stats.yourdomain.com. At the top of the Web Site Statistics page, you'll see the amount of space your site is using and how much space you are allowed with your Web site package. If your usage exceeds the amount allowed, you will be billed for the extra space on your next billing statement. |
